Founder - Lead Instructor

Malik, also known as the Inline Skate Ninja, is a dedicated inline and roller skating instructor based in Washington, DC. As the founder of a skating school, his primary focus is on creating a supportive environment that helps skaters overcome the challenges of inline and roller skating. Malik is committed to guiding individuals from their first steps on skates to the exhilarating worlds of inline and trail skating, embodying a mission to make a positive impact on the world through the art of skating.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Malik discovered his passion for skating at the age of 8, navigating the sidewalks and playgrounds of uptown neighborhoods. Even in his teens, he found himself in unique skating adventures, from grabbing onto cars to navigating highways. In 2009, Malik crossed paths with Nathaniel Mills, an Olympic speed skater running DC-ICE (Inner City Excellence), a nonprofit hosting summer camps teaching both inline and ice skating. Malik's journey with DC-ICE began with volunteering, leading to an 8-year commitment to teaching inline skating in after-school programs, Saturday mornings, and camps throughout the year.

Beyond his expertise in skating, Malik leverages his talents to help individuals navigate the digital world. Follow his Instagram account for engaging content and updates on his adventures around the globe. Join Malik on his mission to empower skaters and share the joy of skating with the world.
